Apollo Career Center was a busy place today, but not much learning was going on.

Inside there was a corn hole tournament along with sales of chicken dinners.

It's all part of an effort by a committee that is looking to raise money for passage of the one mill Apollo levy on the November ballot.

If voters approve, the new tax levy, the money would be used to upgrade its aging infrastructure, equipment and classroom space.
