Lima Ohio -
While the Lima School Board continues their push for the school's $1.8 million levy, the new committee, Citizens of Lima Against School Abuse, is on the opposition, urging voters to vote down the levy.
Over the past week, parents have gathered in opposition to the school levy, many of them upset with the lack of action school officials have taken against the bullying of their children. The committee of parents have gathered around a Youtube video of Susan Haggard's child being bullied, something she says is not an isolated incident.
Aimee Fleck is a product of Lima City Schools, and she now has three kids in the Lima school system. After moving back to the area so her kids could go to the same school, she now regrets her decision.
Citizens of Lima Against School Abuse will hold a public news conference on Tuesday at 10AM. The meeting is being held at 1705 Mound Road in Lima.
