It's been three days on the job for some of the United Steelworkers, who had been on strike from the Husky Lima refinery for four months.
Some of the comments Your News Now received off-camera Wednesday from workers is that it has been "uncomfortable", 'odd', and not as talkative as it was pre-strike. Union President Mike Edelbrock says it will take a long time to get over what's happened. And Edelbrock disclosed a shocking new number of workers that ended up crossing the picket line before the return-to-work agreement was reached. 55 total of the 240 or so union members crossed the picket line.
Returning workers have been taking sensitivity training and refresher courses for their jobs. Edelbrock returns to the facility tomorrow and he is anxious to see and hear what's been going on. The two sides will resume contract talks on October 22nd.
