A man on probation after serving prison time in the deaths of two Allen County teens, was back in court Tuesday for violating his probation.
Andrew Lane was stopped for a traffic violation in August when officers found unprescribed Xanax and K-2, an artificial marijuana. Assistant Prosecutor Terri Kohlrieser argued that Lane should be sent back to prison. Lane's attorney, Steve Chamberlain said that Lane has done a reasonably good job of turning his life around.
Judge Richard Warren sentenced Lane to serve twenty-six days, which is the remainder of the sixty day sentence for the parole violation.
