Woman Falls Off Back of Motorcycle, Causes Crash

Lima Ohio- On October 16, 2012 at approximately 8:00pm, 63 year old Terry King of Lima was northbound on IR 75 near milepost 127 riding a 1984 Honda motorcycle.  His passenger, 31 year old Erin M Mulcahy of Lima fell off the back of the motorcycle and landed on the right lane of northbound IR75.  The vehicle behind the motorcycle swerved to avoid Mulcahy's body and struck the concrete median wall. 

Terry King left the scene on the motorcycle and was later taken into custody at his house on Metcalf Street.  Mulcahy was transported to Lima Memorial Hospital by Bath EMS with serious injuries.  King was incarcerated in the Allen County Jail for OVI and Aggravated Vehicular Assault.
