Angela Zimmann the political candidate for Ohio's 5th Congressional district was in Van Wert, Thursday afternoon.
Zimmann was at Vantage Career Center for the Northwest Ohio regional school board meeting where she was joined by State Senator Cliff Hite for a candidate meet-and-greet before the conference. Zimmann is running against incumbent Congressman Bob Latta and says she has been traveling through the district talking to residents who are excited for some change in Washington.
Zimmann also says passing the farm bill and bringing jobs back to this region is a major part of her campaign.
