Downtown Wapakoneta was filled with ghosts and goblins followed by groups of kids chasing down handfuls of candy. Some may perceive that as a spooky situation, but for Kathleen Mechstroth it's an annual tradition that she and her family never miss.
Kel Welch has been coming to the Halloween parade for as long as he can remember. Welch says that its been a lot of fun to watch his kids go through the parade as they grew up, now he enjoys seeing his grand kids collect candy!
