Officials at Ohio Northern University are finding problems with the construction of the building. The main problem being mold. Now the university is being forced to re-brick the building in phases in order to fix the ventilation problems and eliminate the moister.
Campus officials have gotten multiple estimates from contract companies. They predict it will take an excess of three million dollars to fix. The university is looking at possibly Taking legal action against the original contractors.
