If you are looking for a new home, you may be in luck as sales are up in
the state of Ohio.
According to the Ohio Association of Realtors,
home sale activity was up by 5.6% in the month of September. This marks 15 straight months of sales gains with a 12% increase in the first 9 months of 2012 alone.
Locally, Realtor Tim Stanford is very optimistic about October as sales are up by 10% from last October in the Lima area. Stanford says that if you
are in the market to sell, ask yourself if you would buy your house
again, and if not, make the improvements needed. Because if you wouldn't
buy it... why would you expect someone else to?
