The Lima Noon Optimist club's annual Trick or Treat gathering at Safety City looking a bit different this year.
Gone are the buildings that once occupied the property.
It's because Safety City is in the process of being rebuilt.
But that didn't seem to bother the youngsters that gathered to participate in this year's event.
Trick or Treat chairman Bob Laman says they are making progress on the project.
The Trick or Treat event at Safety City usually brings in between 35 hundred and four thousand people.
