A seminar tonight dealing with exploring the emotional difficulties and the legal issues surrounding aging parents.

The seminar at Senior Citizens Services on W. Elm street was part of a series of workshops on challenges and coping strategies for the sandwich generation.

The speaker at tonight's seminar Reverend Dottie Kaiser says when children have to take care of their parents it can be a very stressful time.

She says people need to take time out for themselves.

Next Monday night Michelle Vorhees with Allen County Children's Services will talk about how to deal with all aspects of being more than an occasional babysitter for grandchildren.

The workshops are free and open to the public.
