Lima Council hears plans for Kibby Corners

Lima city council tonight hearing from the board chairman of the Kibby Corners Development Corporation.

Michael Blass presented a zoning overlay proposal to council that deals with future development in the Kibby Corners area.

The idea is to encourage development and growth in the area.

Lima City Council's Economic Development Committee will study the issue at a meeting on November 12th.
