Sunday service is important each week, but Easter Sunday stands apart as Christians celebrate the resurrection of Jesus, bringing together several hundred Christians to Findlay's "Sunrise Service."
Stacey Foor has attended the service for several years, bringing her husband, son and two daughters out with her on Sunday. For Foor, it's nice to worship with such a large number of believers. Recently married, her son Adam brought his wife Lauren to the service this weekend, hoping to keep the tradition going like so many other families.
Hundreds of Christians from various churches came together for worship and to admire the Easter sand sculpture. Pastor Blair Hayward is excited to see everyone come together as one. The Easter sand sculpture can be found at the Hancock County Fairgrounds, where it will remain on display for two weeks.
