Allen County -
A Lima man accused of theft, now has more problems. Eric Johnson was free on bond after pleading not guilty to theft by deception in Allen County Common Pleas Court back in October of 2012. Johnson is accused of stealing about 14 hundred dollars from the Department of Job and Family Services.
He violated the terms of his bond when he didn't show up for urine test in January. He has not been seen since, and there is a warrant out for his arrest. Johnson says his religion doesn't recognize the American legal system. Prosecutors say this is his way of abusing the law for his personal gain. If you know Johnson's whereabouts, contact your local authorities.
