The Ohio Senate has done an about-face and has
decided to tackle the internet cafe bill.
Senate president Keith Faber
said Wednesday, that they are ready to move forward with the bill, sponsored by Allen County state representative Matt Huffman, that would essentially
outlaw internet cafes. The bill had been stalled in the senate but Faber
says a majority of his caucus now agrees that sweepstakes parlors are
illegal and should be banned. This change comes on the heels of Attorney General Mike DeWine's office raiding six parlors in Cleveland last
