A former manager of the Lima International House of Pancakes in Lima is sentenced for her part in illegal hiring practices
that occurred in 2010.
48 year old Sara Rinebolt was placed on probation
for two years, she plead guilty to one count each of identity theft
and making false statements to investigators. Rinebolt used someone
else's social security number to get a person in the country illegally a
job. The raid occurred at the lima restaurant in September of
2011, documents were taken from that location and also in Findlay and 4 Toledo locations, along with a restaurant in Evansville, Indiana.
18 people where charged with crimes, including the owner, Trek Elka-Frawi who is awaiting trial on multiple charges.
