New charges are filed against the teen connected to the Romes' brother's murder.
Two counts of delinquency for committing the alleged crime of aggravated murder have been filed against 17 year old Michael Fay. Fay was originally charged with one count of grand theft for stealing the car that he used to go to Columbus.
An Amber Alert then triggered the search for Fay, 14-year-old Blaine and 17-year-old Blake Romes on May 9th. The bodies of Blake and Blaine were found the same day in Putnam County. One of the boys was found under the trailer where they lived, the other on Road 7. Their bodies were laid to rest earlier Wednesday. Fay will return to court on May 21st to face the new charges.
Prosecutors say that they also have filed a motion to move the case from juvenile court to common pleas court. The hearing for that will happen at a later date.
