Lima Ohio -
Julie Waller chose to enter the Western Ohio Regional Treatment and Habilitation (WORTH) Center in Lima, to better herself as a person and cure her addiction. Through various programs and a more personalized rehabilitation process, she feels the journey to a better life is already under way.
On Friday, Waller joined other residents during an open house that showcased the programs offered at the center. Chris Anders took part in the day's festivities, and only has two weeks left at the WORTH Center. At 24 years old, he is ready to start a new life as a new man.
The WORTH Center excepts offenders and provides programs such as AA, Anger Management and The Ridge Project that helps males become better men, better fathers and better employees. The WORTH Center is another alternative to prison, that offers treatment to residents in a nine county area and can house 70 males and 25 females.
