Grand Lake St. Mary's -
Kate Anderson is the past Lake Improvement Association Secretary, but left when she thought the focus of clean up was misplaced. She then formed Guardians of the Grand Lake St. Marys, an organization focused on targeting state officials to stop pollution. She claims current organizations have failed to address the problem of pollution and have instead pushed propaganda.
Anderson blames local farmers and past residents for not taking care of the lake to begin with, pointing to manure run-off as the cause for problems in the Grand Lake area. She also points to poor leadership and inexperience for not solving the lake's problems in a faster manner.
