The Saint Marys school district has been in class for almost a month now, and the issue of busing is still an ongoing problem.
School board member met this evening to put an end to the situation.
Parents, bus drivers, and school board members alike all losing sleep over the safety of their children getting to school without buses, but now those sleepless nights have come to an end... as the board voted unanimously to reinstate full busing.
Parents and bus drivers are happy their children won't have to worry about dangerous traffic and crossing an overpass.
And the bus drivers will see familiar faces when they go back to their original routes. The drivers who had been laid off and had their hours cut will also be back to work.
The full busing is expected to be reinstated by the end of the month.
