Since this is a local election with no statewide issues, officials in Allen County expect just a thirty percent turnout during Tuesday's election.  

However, all together there are 113 candidates and 11 issues in Allen County which will appear on ballots.  

Voters across the county will see a levy request for Allen County Senior Citizens Services.  The.3 mills, five year replacement levy funds programs at four of Allen County's senior citizens agencies.  

Also on the ballot, a new levy from the Mental Health and Recovery Services Board.  The one mill levy will go toward operational expenses.  

Voters in Hardin and Auglaize Counties will also see that issue on their ballots.   

The city of Delphos is seeking additional revenue.  Voters there will see a request for a quarter percent increase in the income tax.  If approved the tax is expected to raise $400,000 annually.  
And for the third election in a row, residents in the Elida School District will see a tax issue.  The district is seeking a five year, 5.45 mill emergency levy.  

The Perry Local School District is seeking 3.55 mills for school construction for 37 years and an additional .5 mills for maintaining classroom facilities.  

In Lima, voters will decide the mayoral race between longtime incumbent David Berger and former city employee Doug Vermillion.

So far about 1,700 absentee ballots have been returned to the Allen County Board of Elections.  
Polls will be open from 6:30 in the morning to 7:30 in the evening on Tuesday.
