Allen County commissioners are taking stock of county property and buildings to see where improvements need to be and can be made.
Commissioners say capital improvements are coming along at many county facilities. They are currently looking over the numbers for the clock tower project at the court house with no final decision yet on it's future. The Veterans Memorial Civic and Convention Center is seeing some needed capital improvements at the facility among other facilities throughout the county. The century old Memorial Hall is also being looked at for possible improvements, or not.
However, Commission President Cory Noonan says any discussion about Memorial Hall is at the beginning stages. Noonan states they will take care of the repairs in order of necessity. They will continue to look at other needed repairs such as those possible at Memorial Hall but they have not hit that point yet for many of the other buildings.
