Spinach Artichoke Dip by Wes Woods

-roasted red bell pepper and spinach artichoke dip...AKA the shizzy nizzy!!!!!!!
14 ounces canned (or frozen, thawed) artichoke hearts, drained, diced (not marinated)
9 ounces frozen creamed spinach, thawed
1/2 cup finely diced red onion
1/2 cup diced roasted red bell pepper
2 tablespoons jarred pesto sauce
1/3 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 cup provolone cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise...it has to be mayo...not miracle whip
1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Package tortilla chips
Package pita chips

combine all the ingredients into a dish and back at 350 for about 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly...then eat it before your friends do
