A Lima teen once again pleads guilty to the shooting death of Daveon Petaway.

17-year-old Albert McDowell made the plea to a voluntary manslaughter charge. It's the same plea he made back in December, before his case went from juvenile court back to common pleas court on a new grand jury indictment. Before the guilty plea, McDowell was facing one count of voluntary manslaughter and 2 counts of murder. The murder charges have been dropped. A voluntary manslaughter conviction could mean up to 13 years in prison.

The Lima Police Department identified Petaway in a video hitting McDowell in front of Meat City back on March 7, 2016, then McDowell pulled a gun on Petaway. At the hospital, Petaway identified McDowell as the shooter.
