1972 alumnus and Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine are addressing the 81 law graduates during their commencement address.  DeWine told the group about how he wasn’t sure about a law career until he met the faculty at Ohio Northern University, and the rest is history.  He wanted to let these future lawyers know that through his career one lesson he has learned is that failure breeds success.

DeWine's name has been mentioned with other Republican state office holders as someone that could run for Ohio Governor next year.  While DeWine says he isn’t ready to make that announcement yet, he did say that he hears the same concern from around the state about what needs to be done in the state..

DeWine says that businesses need to be working with colleges and career center to make sure that the students have the training needed for the jobs that are available.
