One of the people honored is Barry Scott, who has been working at Sam's Club for the last 25 years, and he says that Marimor has been a huge help with his job. Marimor Industries honored those that have been working in the community with the help of their Employee Services Department.

The longevity awards ceremony was held Thursday afternoon and honored individuals that have been working in the community from 5 to 25 years, each of the 12 people honored received a personalized plaque. One of the people honored is Barry Scott, who has been working at Sam's Club for the last 25 years, and he says that Marimor has been a huge help with his job.

"I'm a door greeter, and I was on carts for almost 15, 16 years," Scott said. "They help me, and they talk to my managers about how I'm doing at work, check up on me and all that, they have a meeting every six months."

The awards ceremony is held once a year.
