As many are getting used to the new electronics they got for Christmas, the question is, what to do with the old?

The North Central Ohio Solid Waste District office in Lima wants to remind people to recycle those old electronics. It's called "E-waste" and they can take it off your hands. Inside of those old televisions and computers are components and precious metals that can be recycled instead of put into a landfill. The district accepts a wide variety of electronic items.

NCOSWD Director Dennis Baker says they accept most electronics for free but old CRT monitors and televisions, for those you will be charged 12 cents per pound. You can find out more about any type of recycling at http://ncowaste.org/.
