With the unique position of having a lot more experience and knowledge about the district than other candidates, he is ready take on his new position.

"I feel I have a pretty good thumb on the issues and challenges that we are facing the areas that we are excelling in. I think over the last few years we are moving in the right direction as a district. Test scores are the best out of most of the 20 similar districts, excelling in many different areas, in arts, athletics and academics. Great facilities here, great staff, great administrator, great community, great kids, and just keep everything going in the right direction," said Bill Ruane, Newly Hired St. Marys Superintendent.
