Arizona man charged for deadly wrong way crash

An Arizona man is facing aggravated vehicular homicide charges for a fatal accident that killed a teenager and injured the rest of his family at the beginning of May.

According to court documents,  64-year-old John Robinson is facing one count of aggravated vehicular homicide and his case has been bound over to Allen County Common Pleas Court. The accident happened on May 2nd, the Ohio State Highway Patrol says that Robinson went the wrong way down an off-ramp in Beaverdam and ran head on to an SUV with a Michigan family in it, killing one teenager, injuring two adults and three other children. The Ohio State Highway Patrol believed that Robinson was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.  

No court date has been set for Robinson in common pleas court.  He is being held on a one million dollar bond.
