St. Rose is gearing up for more fun for all ages at their annual festival.

Volunteers are hard at work preparing St. Rose for its annual festival this weekend. But while the festival is business as usual, St. Rose is also preparing a backup plan in case we see some rain.

"We’ll have rides on the other side of the parking lot where we’re standing now. They're going to put up an enormous tent in the next couple of hours, we’ll have bands and other things for the kids to do so that if it becomes inclement, if the weather becomes inclement, everything will be under one giant tent so everyone will be able to enjoy it still," said Father Ross.

The festival has no admission fee and is open to everyone. The fun begins Saturday night at 5 p.m., which is mainly for the adults, and the family day is Sunday and runs from 12 to 5 p.m. Father Ross say they are hoping to raise about 30,000 dollars, all money raised will go directly to the school.
