Authorities have arrested a second suspect in the kidnapping and sexual assault of two teenage sisters in Bowling Green, Ohio.

Following a nationwide manhunt, the U.S. Marshals service arrested David Ramos Contreras, 28, in Lubbock, Texas. Contreras, who is charged with rape and kidnapping, has been on the run since last week after he allegedly took part in the kidnapping and sexual assault of two sisters aged 13 and 14 at a Days Inn. Authorities are still searching for Juan Garcia Rios Adiel, 19, and Arnulfo Ramos, whose age is not known. They say the pair is considered to be dangerous.

"Based on the crime that they're accused of, we would consider them a violent offender so they would be dangerous," says Lt. Dan Mancuso with the Bowling Green Police Department.

ICE is assisting with the search since the suspects had fraudulent immigration paperwork or identification. Authorities had previously arrested Juan Simon, 24, shortly after the assault allegedly occurred and have charged him with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
