The space-themed light show has more than 10,000 lights and specially-designed displays to represent Neil Armstrong and his connection with Wapakoneta. New this year will be a large, lighted Apollo 11 patch. Museum staff says they have had a great response to the Grand Illumination and they invite everyone to come on out.
"We would like everybody to walk through, experience what we have and of course sign our guestbook," said Scott Walton, facilities manager.
Visitors can enjoy the "Grand Illumination" daily from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. now through February 1, 2019.
