Reports to:      General Sales Manager

Job Function:  Responsible for assisting Account Executives and Senior Digital Specialist



  • Work with local sales to prepare digital solutions for local businesses.
  • Manage the on-boarding process with advertisers and work with Ad Ops to ensure on-time campaign launches.
  • Monitor and work with Ad Ops to help ensure campaigns are optimized towards declared KPI’s.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations and aligning content across all digital platforms, ensuring key messaging is successfully delivered.
  • Prepare and review campaign analytics on a regular basis with local sellers and/or clients.
  • Work with local sellers to retain local digital customers and grow digital revenue.


  • Experienced in creating strategic digital marketing plans.
  • Ability to make minor edits to banners and elements (web headers, social graphics, convert graphics to different formats (eps, png, etc)
  • Must be able to interpret and derive actionable recommendations from various digital analytics such as Google Analytics and other data dashboards.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be self-motivated as well as work with others toward common goals.
  • Must be able to adapt as technology and providers change as well as work in a fast paced work environment.
