Hello Lima! I'm Eran and I was born and raised in the suburbs of Cleveland. WLIO is my first reporting job, but I have no shortage of experience.

I got my first taste of reporting in high school as I helped produce a daily news cast to the school and knew early on what I wanted to do in life. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in journalism. It was there I did some work for Buckeye TV and wrote for the award winning paper, The Lantern. I also was an intern at WKYC in Cleveland and WBNS in Columbus.

Next on my journey I found my way home and became a New Media Graduate Assistant with the University of Akron Athletics Department. I spent a year and a half hosting and producing a weekly show, creating most videos for the athletic department, all while earning my Master's Degree in Sports Science.

My last stop was Barcelona, Spain. I participated in a program called Living Sport that took me overseas to work an international cycling event, for a week, where I interviewed several professional cyclists. I of course explored the beautiful land of Barcelona in my down time.

So now that you know a little about me, feel free to stop and say hi, chat me up about my Buckeyes, Cleveland sports team, or my favorite sport, soccer. I haven't spent much time in western Ohio before so I'm always on the hunt for new adventures, good eats and new music.

I'm excited to learn more about Lima and be able to tell your stories.
