On 7-19-2019 officers arrested 36 year old, April Zamora, of Delphos, on an active warrant out of Allen County.
On 7-20-2019 Officers investigated a Domestic Violence complaint. Officers arrested the primary physical aggressor, 29 year old Rigoberto Alvarez.
On 7-23-2019 officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of N. Washington St, for small children left unattended, playing in the roadway. Officers arrived and located the mother. The report was forwarded to Children’s Services for follow-up investigation.
On 7-24-2019 Officers spoke with a female who reported damage done to her vehicle by an unknown person.
On 7-25-2019 officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. During the traffic stop officers located drug abuse instruments and possible narcotics. The driver, 36 year old Amanda Wilson, was arrested and transported to the Allen County Jail.
On 7-27-2019 officers took a report from a male in the 600 block of Jennings St, who reported that a bicycle was stolen from his property.
On 7-27 and 7-29-2019 officers took multiple reports of property being spray painted with graffiti.
On 7-29-2019 officers responded to a residence in the 500 block of N. Main St. The resident there reported that he arrived home from work and found his front wide open. Nothing was missing from inside.
On 7-29-2019 officers located 36 year old April Zamora and took her into custody on a probation violation. She was turned over to a Deputy from the Allen County Sheriff’s Office.
On 8-2-2019 officers were dispatched to the 900 block of N. Washington St, to investigate a Domestic Violence complaint. Officers found probable cause to arrest the primary physical aggressor, 36 year old Roland R. Graham III, for Domestic Violence. He was transported to the Allen County Jail.
On 8-3-2019 officers were sent to the 700 block of Jennings St, in reference to an unwanted guest. Officers arrived and found that a female had walked into the complainant’s residence, looked around and then left. The homeowner did not know the female who left prior to officers arrival.
On 8-3-2019 officers took a report from a male in the 700 block of N. Franklin St. The male told officers that he found damage done to his vehicle by someone throwing an egg on it.
On 8-4-2019 officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. During the stop officers found the driver to be in possession of suspected marijuana. The driver, a juvenile, was charged with possession of marijuana.
On 8-7-2019 a female came to the police department to file a report. She stated that she was out jogging when a vehicle turned at an intersection and struck her leg as she was crossing the street. The two exchanged words and the driver left the area. The female complained of a minor injury.
On 8-7-2019 officers took a report from employees at a business on E. 2nd St. The employees reported that a large vehicle had done damage to an awning in a drive thru.
On 8-7-2019 officers took a report from a female in the 1000 block of N. Main St. The female stated that damage was done to her vehicle by a subject with whom she has an on-going dispute.
On 8-9-2019 officers came into contact with a male, 47 year old Michael Dean Ball. Officers found that Ball had an active warrant out of Wapakoneta. Ball was taken into custody and turned over to an officer from the Wapakoneta Police Department.
On 8-12-2019 officers spoke with the owners of property in Delphos who requested criminal trespass notices for several individuals whom they no longer want on their properties.
On 8-12-2019 officers took a report from a male in the 400 block of S. Franklin St. The male reported that fraudulent charges were made on his Superior Credit card.
On 8-12-2019 a male came to the police department to report that his prescription medication was stolen.
On 8-13-2019 officers responded to the 200 block of E. 6th St, and met with the owner of a rental property. The property owner advised that the residence was broken into while sitting vacant.
On 8-14-2019 officers took a report from a female who stated that she was assaulted by a male with whom she was living. A report was forwarded to the prosecutor’s office for review of charges.
On 8-15-2019 officers responded to a loud music complaint coming from a vehicle in the 700 block of E. 3rd St. Officers arrived and made contact with several individuals in a vehicle. While speaking with the individuals, four juveniles and one adult, officers located suspected marijuana and paraphernalia in the vehicle. 18 year old Samuel Bailey, of Delphos was issued a summons to Lima Municipal Court for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Three of the four juveniles will be charged as well.
