On 3-16-2019 officers were dispatched to the 700 block of W. Clime St, in reference to a dispute between two males. Officers arrived and located both males who were having a verbal altercation. One male claimed that the other had kicked his car without provocation. A report was requested and will be reviewed for possible charges.
On 3-16-2019 officers received a complaint of a male threatening to harm himself. Officers met with the male who was at a different location and found him to be well. A short time later it was reported that the male was now at the residence of a female friend of his and he was court ordered not to be there. Officers proceeded to that residence, but the male was not there. Officers did locate the male back at the first residence that they were at. The male voluntarily agreed to be transported to the hospital for evaluation.
On 3-17-2019 officers were sent to a residence in the 600 block of Bank St, for an intoxicated male who was angry and had an injury. Officers arrived and located the male. A short time later Delphos EMS was called to the scene and transported the male to the hospital.
On 3-18-2019 officers were called to a residence in the 500 block of W. 3rd St, for a civil issue. Officers spoke with a homeowner there who stated that his neighbor damaged items on his property when he cut down a tree.
On 3-18-2019 officers were dispatched to the 100 block of W. Cleveland St, after receiving a complaint of a Domestic Disturbance. Officers arrived and met with a male and female at the residence. Both told officers that they were arguing, but that nothing physical occurred. Both parties agreed to separate for the evening. No charges will be pursued.
On 3-19-2019 officers responded to Jefferson High School in reference to a male student who had threatened to harm himself. Officers met with the student and a short time later contacted EMS personnel transport the student to the hospital for evaluation.
On 3-20-2019 Officers spoke with a male in the 200 block of Cherry St, in regards to a Theft complaint. The male told officers that items were removed from the bed of his truck. The incident remains under investigation.
On 3-20-2019 officers were alerted that a student had possibly sold another student a controlled substance while at school. Officers met with the male suspect and he admitted to selling the substance to the other student. Charges will be pending in Juvenile Court.
On 3-21-2019 officers spoke with an employee at a car dealership on E. 5th St. The employee told officers that a dealer plate is missing and presumed to be stolen. A report was taken and the registration number entered into a law enforcement database.
