The man charged in the shooting death of a Lima teenager did not make his appearance in court on Monday.
20-year old Jolade "Jojo" Omosikeji was to have his preliminary hearing Monday morning in Lima Municipal Court but it was continued until this Friday, July 5th. He is facing one count of murder for the shooting death of 19-year old Christian Laws in mid-June. Laws was found shot to death lying on a lawn in the 2400 block of Lark Avenue on June 14th. Omosikeji was arrested 11-days later without incident after an anonymous tip of his whereabouts to law enforcement.
