The Lima Police Department has arrested a man who is suspected of robbing the Rich Gas Station twice in two weeks.

Calvin McGhee charged charged with robbing gas station twice in two weeks

41-year-old Calvin McGhee of Lima has been charged with two counts of Suspicion of Aggravated Robbery. Police say McGhee robbed the Rich gas station on North Main Street in Lima in the early morning hours of October 20th and November 3rd. A gun was used in the October robbery and the robber got away with an undisclosed amount of money. But the robbery this past November 3rd, there was no weapon and no money was given to the robber. McGhee is currently in the Allen County Jail.

Media Release Lima Police Department: 11/5/19: On Monday, November 4, 2019 at approximately 4:45pm, Lima Police Department Detectives charged Calvin McGhee, 41 years old of Lima, with two counts of Suspicion of Aggravated Robbery.  The charges stem from robberies that occurred in the early morning hours of Oct 20, 2019 and November 3, 2019 at the Rich Gas Station located at 792 N Main St, Lima, Ohio 45801.
