A Lima man will spend nearly two decades behind bars for having sexual contact with young children.

22-year-old Perry Jones was sentenced to 18 and half years on 6 charges, which include attempted rape, gross sexual imposition, and illegal use of minors in nudity-oriented materials. According to court documents, Perry's victims were under the age of 13. He was originally indicted on 19 charges, but 13 were dropped as part of a plea deal. Jones will be classified as a tier-three sex offender once he gets out of prison.

Last month, he was back in the spotlight for getting into a fight with a fellow inmate in the Allen County Jail. That case continues.
