The main event at many 4th of July celebrations are the fireworks and you won't be disappointed with the professional displays around the region this holiday weekend. The night skies will light up with plenty of pyrotechnics this 4th of July holiday for your enjoyment.

You can get an early start on Wednesday, July 3rd and head to Ottawa for the Faith Baptist Church's God & Country Night with fireworks at 10 p.m. In Findlay, they will be having their fireworks display on Wednesday as well at the Hancock County Fairgrounds starting at 10 p.m.

On Thursday, July 4th you have several choices of shows to see. In Wapakoneta, the St. Joe Festival will have fireworks beginning at 10:30 p.m. at the Auglaize County Fairgrounds. The Delphos Kiwanis Club will have their display at Stadium Park at 10 p.m. In Van Wert at their Holiday at Home celebration, fireworks will be at the high school starting at dusk. Kenton will have a display at the Hardin County Fairgrounds at 10 p.m. And in Lima, the Star Spangled Spectacular display will be at 10 pm in Faurot Park.

And to wrap up your Independence Day festivities you can head to the Indian Lake Beach Spectacular on Saturday, July 6th with fireworks at 10 p.m. from the Old Field Beach.
