A man is in custody after using a knife to injure three people in Findlay Saturday night.
According to the Findlay Police Department, Hector Minjarez has been charged with Felonious Assault after allegedly stabbing three people at a house at 1606 S. Blanchard St. around 9 o'clock on Saturday night. All three had non-life threatening injuries. Two of the three were taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital for treatment. Police say Minjarez fled on foot after the attack, he was found a short time later behind a business. He is currently in the Hancock County Justice Center.

On 09/07/19 at 2101 hours, Officers were sent to 1606 S. Blanchard St. on a report of a fight. An intoxicated male there had reportedly stabbed numerous people at the residence and then fled on foot. Officers arrived on scene and located a male and female who had been stabbed. The male victim was transported to the Blanchard Valley Hospital Emergency Room (BVHER) by Hanco Ambulance with non-life threatening injuries. The female victim at the residence sustained minor injuries and refused treatment. Another female victim had been transported to BVHER by private vehicle prior to officers arriving on scene at S. Blanchard St. This third victim was being treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The suspect, Hector Minjarez, was located a short time later behind a business on Sixth St. He was taken into custody for felonious assault and transported to BVHER by Hanco Ambulance for injuries he sustained in the altercation. After receiving treatment, he was incarcerated at the Hancock County Justice Center.
