A Lima man has been arrested after a short-term drug investigation by the West Central Ohio Crime Task Force.

21-year-old Zachary White was arrested Monday night after the West Central Ohio Crime Task Force along with the Allen County SWAT conducted a search warrant at 756 St. Johns Avenue. During the search, law enforcement seized suspected heroin and fentanyl, along with cash and drug paraphernalia. White is currently in Allen County Jail and is being held on outstanding warrants through the Lima Police Department.

On 3/4/2019​ at approximately 7:00pm,​ after a short term investigation into the illegal sale and possession of narcotics, the W.C.O.C.T.F. with the assistance of the Allen County SWAT team, executed a residential search warrant at 756 St. Johns Ave. Lima, Ohio. The search yielded cash, both suspected heroin and fentanyl, along with drug paraphernalia. Zachary P. White was taken into custody and transported to the Allen County Jail. He is currently being held on an unrelated warrant through the Lima Police Department. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
