Monday, 59-year-old Robert Miller was deemed incompetent to stand trial but is restorable according to the exam results. Judge Jeffrey Reed ordered Miller to be committed to the Northwest Psychiatric Hospital in Toledo. Miller was indicted on two counts of inducing panic. The Allen County Sheriff's Office says Miller sent a threatening letter to his ex-wife that included messages of blowing up Pandora-Gilboa School and an unnamed priest. The threat prompted a lockdown at the school back in May.
