Judge Terri Kohlrieser has returned a decision regarding 904 S. Main St.
Kohlrieser's order states the premises located at 900 to 908 S. Main Street has been declared a nuisance. The owners, Victor Quintero and Gilbert Salaz, agree to the order and are prohibited to rent out the location for any public or private gatherings. It was stated in the order that the owners were unaware of needing a certificate to rent out the building in the manner that was being done. Those renting apartments at the location will continue to do so and not be effected by the order.
Two shootings were reported at the premises recently prompting the order. Most recently, a shooting in late December led to the death of 25-year-old Anthony Bankston.
