Christopher Knuth, 34, Middle Point, admitted to violating his bond by failing a drug test. Bond was released on a surety bond with Electronic House Arrest. Must be at residence at 5626 Converse Roselm Rd. Sentencing set for May 29th at 9 am.

Tera Hernandez, 39, Ohio City, admitted to violating her bond and her treatment in lieu program by failing drug test and failing to attend counseling. Her bond was set at $10,000 cash or commercial surety and set sentencing for 6/26/19 @ 9 am.

CHANGES OF PLEAS

Damian White, 29, Lima, changed his plea to Guilty to OVI, F4. The Court ordered a pre-sentence investigation and set sentencing for 6/26/19 @ 9 am

Randal Michaelson, Jr., 30, Van Wert, entered a plea of Guilty to a Prosecutor’s Bill of Information charging him with Criminal Damaging, M2. The previous charge of Felony Vandalism was dismissed by Prosecutor for his plea to this Bill of Information. He was then sentenced to:

Zachary Hickman, 23, Delphos, changed his plea to Guilty to Aggravated Trafficking Drugs. F3, Aggravated Possession of Drugs, F3, Illegal Conveyance of Controlled Substance into the Jail, F3. The Court ordered a pre-sentence investigation and set sentencing for 6/18/19 @ 1:30 pm

SENTENCINGS

Jeffery Craft, 35, Van Wert, Possession of Cocaine, F5, Possession of Heroin, F5. Sentenced to:

Ryan Miller, 29, Van Wert, Theft, F5, sentenced to: 90 days jail with work release, ordered to pay partial appointed counsel fees, costs, and restitution to victim by paying her $1,000 plus redeeming two rings from Cashland.

Terry Sites, 48, Van Wert, Domestic Violence, M1. Sentenced to: 2 years community control, no contact with victim, 75 days jail beginning 5/16/19 @ 10am with work release, 30 days jail at later date, 50 hours community service, mental health and substance abuse assessment and treatment, 1 year intensive probation, ordered to pay monthly probation fee and court costs.

Timothy Taylor, 36, Van Wert, Passing Bad Checks, M1, Sentenced to: 90 days jail, credit for 1 day served, must report to jail or be in Electronic House Arrest by 9 am on 5/20/19. Must pay restitution to Sav-A-Lot of $1,121.41, fine of $100, partial appointed counsel fees, and costs.
