TIME WAIVER/CONFLICT WAIVER

Tommy Searles, 56, Rockford, and Carolyn Searles, 59, Rockford, both appeared in open court and signed time waivers and conflict of interest waivers to have the same retained attorney represent both of them. PT set for 6/4/19 @ 8 am in both cases.

CHANGE OF PLEA

Jason Parker, 36, Van Wert, changed his plea to Guilty to Aggravated Trafficking Drugs, F3. He requested immediate sentencing and received 24 months prison credit for 138 days served. Ordered to pay court costs.

ARRAIGNMENTS

Angelo Furr, 19, Lima, entered a not guilty plea to Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor, F4. He was released on a surety bond with an order to have no contact with the victim. PT set for 5/22/19 @ 8:30 am

Sarah Stephenson, 44, Ft. Wayne, entered a not guilty plea to Aggravated Possession of Drugs, F5. She was released on a surety bond with a waiver of extradition and PT was set for 5/22/19 @ 8 am.

BOND VIOLATION

Bobby Panning, Jr., 22, Cloverdale, admitted to violating his bond by failing to report to probation since February. New bond set at $10,000 cash or commercial surety and PT set for 5/8/19 @ 930 am.

ARRAIGNMENT

Jesse Blackburn, 27, Delphos, entered a not guilty plea to Trafficking Heroin, F4, 2 counts of Aggravated Trafficking Drugs, F3, Posssession of Drugs, M1. He was released on a surety bond with PT set for 5/29/19 @ 8 am.

CHANGES OF PLEAS

Ernest Vasconcellos, 50, Van Wert, changed his plea to guilty to an amended charge of Domestic Violence, M1. Sentencing set for 5/29/19 @ 9 am.

TIME WAIVER

Michelle Sutton, 39, Willshire, signed a time waiver in open court and requested additional time to prepare her case. PT 5/22/19 @ 9am.

VIOLATIONS

Destiny Ramos, 22, Van Wert, admitted to violating her probation by being unsuccessfully terminated from her treatment program. She was then sentenced to 180 days jail, credit for 82 days served.

Zachariah Germann, 31, Van Wert, admitted to violating his bond and his Treatment in Lieu program by failing to report to probation and by consuming intoxicants. Bond was set at $20,000 cash or commercial surety and Sentencing set for 5/29/19 @ 9am after a pre-sentence report is completed.

Alexander Pardo, 25, Leipsic, denied violating his probation by being terminated from WORTH Center. Hearing set for 5/16/19 @ 2 pm Bond set at $25,000 cash or commercial surety.

Jenifer Lynnsey Jane Davis, 23, Van Wert, admitted to violating her probation by failing two drug tests. Bond was set at $10,000 cash or commercial surety and sentencing set for 5/29/19 @ 9 am

SENTENCINGS

Christopher Knuth, 34, Middle Point, Failure to provide notice of change of address, F5. Sentencing continued until 7/10/19 @ 9 am.
