VIOLATIONS

Dillon Nihiser, 23, Van Wert, admitted to violating his Intervention in Lieu program by failing drug test and failing to report for drug test. Sentencing set for 11/27 @ 9 am.

Brittany Pessefall, 22, Van Wert, admitted to violating her probation by failing to report to probation and failing to attend Westwood sessions. Sentenced to: 67 days jail, credit for 37 days served.

Bobby Lee Panning, 22, Cloverdale, admitted to violating his probation by failing to report for drug screens, admitted drug use, and fail to report to probation. Sentenced to: Jail 160 days with 128 days credit.

Robert Thompson, 35, Van Wert, appeared for a work release violation . His request to reinstate his work release was denied.

Nicole Cooper, 36, Van Wert, admitted to violating her probation by failing to report to probation, failing to report for drug screens, and positive drug screen. Sentenced to: 180 days jail on the first count, 114 days on the second count, consecutive, for a total of 294 days, credit for 204 days served.

SENTENCINGS

Andrew Taylor, 33, Van Wert. Obstructing Official Business, F5. Sentenced to: 30 days jail, 0 credit, work release. Report to jail at 2 pm today. Ordered to pay costs and partial appointed counsel fees.

Erik Buzard, 23, Van Wert, Trespass in habitation, F4. Sentenced to: 3 years community control, 10 days jail beginning 10/17/19, 30 days jail at a later date, 200 hours community service, not use drugs, prescription drugs or alcohol without a prescription, random tests, substance abuse and mental health evaluation and treatment, 2 years intensive probation, ordered to pay restitution to landlord Todd Wolfrum of $311, Restitution to Chelsea Gephart $500, partial appointed counsel fees, monthly probation fee, and court costs.
