The Allen County Sheriff's Office arrested a teen that could be connected to some breaking and enterings in Putnam County.
According to the sheriff's office, on Tuesday, deputies located a vehicle reported stolen from Toledo in the 5700 block of Ottawa Road. 19-year-old Chukuemeka Franklin Durugbor Jr. was arrested and deputies also found items that were reported taken during two separate break-ins earlier that morning in the Pandora area. The teen is listed as homeless, but his last known address was in Texas.
He is currently in the Allen County Jail on the charge of receiving stolen property for the car theft. More charges could be filed in Putnam County on the break-ins.

On Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at approximately 11:00 AM, deputies from the Allen County Sheriff’s Office located a stolen motor vehicle at 5777 Ottawa Rd. Lima, Ohio, which had been reported stolen from Toledo, Ohio earlier in the morning. The vehicle was occupied by 19-year-old Chukwuemeka Franklin Durugbor Jr. of Palestine, Texas. Also located in the vehicle were numerous items found to have been stolen from two separate break-ins earlier that same morning in the Pandora, Ohio area. Chukwuemeka is currently being held in the Allen County Jail on one charge of Receiving Stolen Property (the motor vehicle) a Felony of the 4th degree. Additional charges related to the break-ins are expected to be filed against Chukwuemeka in Putnam County in the next few days.
