The West Ohio Food Bank invites agencies from around the region to create a plan for their future.
Hospitals, food pantries, and other organizations across West Central Ohio attended the Food Bank's strategic planning input session. The Food Bank is working to develop a three to five year strategic plan that helps children, adults, families, and seniors become more self-sufficient and learn about nutrition.
Chief Executive Officer Linda Hamilton says the collaboration between different agencies will help them get a better feel for the issues they need to tackle. Hamilton says they are using this as a chance to do internal and external analysis on their services.
