The Ottawa River, once considered a polluted and nearly lifeless waterway, has become a success story in environmental restoration thanks to decades of conservation and water-quality improvement efforts. Ottawa River Coalition Executive Director Lydia Archambo highlighted the river's recovery and the importance of environmental stewardship during a presentation to the Lima Rotary Club.
